liang lei cha dao（put one’s ass on the line）
At the end of the Sui Dynasty, Qin Qiong, a famous man in Shandong Province, served as an official in the county government. The magistrate sent Qin Shubao to arrest the robbers. These robbers were also heroes to the common people and friends of Qin Shubao.
Qin Shubao secretly notice was arrested friends to avoid; On the way to arrest, he deliberately led his men to go the wrong way, finally, the arrest operation failed, Qin Shubao was implicated, almost died.
